Part 2 of the trip.

A huge highlight this year and every year is going to the SNAKE RIVER.  I love Jaimee and Camille and I am so grateful they invite us to play with them.  This year I tried Slalom skiing! It has literally been years since I have tried.  I did great!  Aside from thinking I do it with my left foot forward...crashing  and realizing that I put my right foot forward (goofy footed)...I got up my first try when I figured that out! I look like a boy in this pic...but it's the proof.  Fun times!

My sis!

Lucy hated her life jacket.  Do you blame her though?

This is how many miles we traveled.  Just me and the kiddos. They all did great really. I couldn't have done without Aubrey and her help with Lucy.  Lucy HATES the car.

We got to come home to this guy though!!!  Missed my man for sure.  Thanks for letting me go every summer and I can't wait for next year when you can join us.  I love IDAHO...I love my family and I am so grateful they are mine.

Some Random pics

Here is Spencer and his magical LIGHTSABOR rock.  It was lost...found...broken...taped....painted and then lost a few more times.  Much love for this rock! Thank goodness it made it back home to AZ.

Here we are 5 adults and 10 kids and Denny's.  Haha.  It was a fun time had by all....most especially Nick and I who realized we were suffering from a stomach bug during checkout.

Later we had another trip to Denny's...with just us sisters.  Much more fun this time. I love my sister in laws and always look forward to spending time with them.

Here we are loaded up and ready to travel home to AZ.

This next pic is our going away party! Farewell my friends.

Sure love and miss my family.  Why we live so far apart I will never know.  BUT I am happy to be home in AZ and happy to visit them every summer.  Till next time ID.  I love you!!

More pics to come from my camera soon...oh my!!

Sisters

So here are a TON of pictures of us sisters.  Mostly just for me and them.  I love each and every one of my sisters.  I can't imagine life without them.  My childhood would have been dull and my adult life wouldn't be the same without their friendship, example and love.  Thanks to my girls!!

And with Mom.  We wouldn't be here without you.

This pic is youngest to oldest: Traci Doll, Tonya, Tina, Teri and then Trisha

We TRIED!!!

So with THIRTY SEVEN  grand kids...an attempt to take a picture of them all is a joke.  Here are some quick snapshots of all but Tayne's baby boy I think.  Lots of cuteness and personality in one shot!!!

Some of my siblings.  Six to be exact.

So many cousins!!  Aren't my kids so lucky!!! All of them are 10 and younger.

Parents watching!!! Trying to get a smile or two.

Lucy wasn't having it!!

Random pic of Traci and Ryan.  Love them.

Steadman's Slide

So get ready for a bunch of posts about our trip to Idaho this summer.  I only got my camera out a few times and still ended up with well over a hundred pictures.  One of my favorite things this summer was going to Steadman's Slide.  There are two large slides that go down the hill. The pictures explain it best.  We all went and had fun as a family.  The kids loved it.  I missed Jake a lot that night, cause I had to hold Lucy non-stop and so I couldn't go as many times as I would like. I will have to do the zip line next time.
Here is Weston leading the pack of boys down the slide.  They just kept going and going and going.  Lots of energy these boys have!!!

I love this pic of Tina and Nick and their cute little parks.  He was in heaven!!! He just smiled the whole time.
These are all ours!!!
Spencer liked to go alone or with me.   Due to a few too many "crashes."
My Dad and youngest brother Tate.

Nick got a few pics of me consoling Spencer after one of his crashes.

 So much fun!!!

This is the worst pic...but it is the only one I got of my Mom and Dad riding the slide.  They are so cute!

The Magic Music Kidz

Grandma Sue suggested Aubrey doing this musical theater singing group thingy in Mesa.  I really didn't know much about it...but I knew that was something right up Aubrey's alley.  She went for 8 days for 2 hour practices and learned lots of fun old/classic musical songs.  She was always so shocked when I knew every word. I will let Aubrey write more about the whole adventure on her blog...but here are a few pics of that night.  I was very impressed with the whole night.  Very well put on and the kids sounded and looked great.  Aubrey did it with her cousin Maya and had a blast. It made me miss when I taught singing groups myself.  So much fun!!! Aubrey even had a few solos and NAILED them!!!

Father's Day

I took this picture on Father's Day in June. I am in love with this Man so much.  He is an amazing husband...but probably an even more natural Father.  He does it effortlessly.  We have lucky kids for sure.
Doesn't Lucy look so adorable!
