Glamour Shots: Take 2

While everyone else went to church...Lucy and I had another photo session.  I wanted to do some with her cute naked bum...but within seconds of trying...she pooped everywhere.  Haha...so we put the diaper back on and ended up swaddling her.  She was mostly awake and squirmy...but we got some cuties non-the-less.  I couldn't decide between black and white...normal or this photo process.  I am mainly doing this for just about 5 pics to put in a frame in her room...so I have more than enough.  Which ones are YOUR favorite.  I will number them.  To me they are all Lucy...so I can't decide.  Cute is Cute!!!

First photo shoot with Mom and Big Sister

So Aubrey and I decided to try and take some glamour photos of Lucy yesterday.  We had to work fast...but we got some cute ones.  We were celebrating how much better Lucy was doing after seeing the Chiropractor the day before.  She seems so much more relaxed and pleasant. Aubrey is behind the sheet!

I think this one is my favorite!

Meeting the family.

Just a few hours after you entered the world...you were able to meet the FAM! Spencer was sick so he just got a quick pic and had to leave the room with dad.

Aubrey and Weston got to love on you for a while.

W

Weston kept kissing you and saying how beautiful and "cute" you were.

Aubrey couldn't believe you were here. She is finally a big sister to a little sister.

Still just looking at you and loving all the new faces you make.

The sconces.

So when we made the love sign...we always kind of thought we would make some sort of sconce or wall hanging to go on either side of the piece. So here is what we found...also on the shanty2chic.blog.

The hardest part about this project was running all over town trying to find the finial on the bottom and the little decorative piece for the.  The rest was super easy.  Just a 2by6 cut and glued and screwed together.  Paint...distress...done. I have no idea how to distress so that was stressful...and I kind of over did it...but all in all; I LOVE them!  I am going to add a candle or flowers to the MASON jars.  Haven't decided yet...what do you think???
