Christmas Pictures and More

This is Weston at around a month old. I think he looks so much like Spencer does now.

Spencer Jacob 6 weeks old.

Weston David 6weeks old. He is chubbier. Life has really been a lot better these last few days. We took Spencer to a Chiropractor/Alternative Medicine doctor on Wednesday. He worked on his energies and said that his large intestine wasn't getting the electrical impulses to do it's job. He had gotten to where he wasn't eating well and sleeping really long stretches. Anyway, since we've seen the doctor we have seen a lot of improvement. He is no longer spitting up and refusing the bottle. In fact, he is eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours (over the 4 to even 8 in the night.) He is wanting to be held a lot more and just chilling....something we have never seen him do. He isn't sleeping as well, but in some ways that is a good thing, because he used to just be so exhausted from crying...it was so sad. We hope to see more improvement, but we are grateful to be counting his cries in minutes rather than in hours. I feel it is too soon to tell how well he is really doing, but we are grateful for the improvement. Anyway, here are some pictures of him as well as a whole bunch of Christmas pictures.

We stayed home this Christmas and it was just us and the kids. I loved it so much more than I expected too. Weston was full of life and Aubrey was so serious. It was too cute to see their little personalities shine through. Aubrey said her favorite gift was the "marker board" easel. And Weston loved his "Razor" scooter. We are very blessed and glad Santa did such a good job this year.

Christmas eve...

Spencer pics...

At our Watkins Christmas party we had visit from "Santa's Biggest Elf" who brought gifts for everyone. Spencer received a pacifier that was carved out of a potato. (This was to remind him of Idaho) It was very funny, but did not last long.

Teri-I hope your little guy is improving. Isn't it nice sometimes to just stay put for Christmas? I miss my family but it's nice to just chill with the kids sometimes too. Hope you had a good Christmas and a great New Year!
