So for Labor Day we didn't really know what we were going to do. We hung out around the house all morning but heard Grandma and Grandpa Watkins were going to a Diamondback's game and that sounded FUN! So we were off...
It was seriously one of the slowest games I have ever been too...we kind of gave up watching around the 7th inning when NO ONE had even scored and there were like 4 hits so far. Anyway, at the Chase ball park there is this wonderful place for kids to line up and have a crack at hitting a ball. Kind of like a batting cage. Weston always goes and this time was no exception. Spencer was cute and loved to stand in the long line with him. Anyhoo...right before they go in, Spencer gets in line and will not leave... so I ran in there and he even got a turn up to bat. He used a tee...but it was so cute to see him hitting his balls!
I didn't take anymore pictures, but the day ended with dinner with Norm and Sue. One of my favorite places Joe's BB-Que! If you are ever in Gilbert...give the stuffed baker a try :)
