Or as Aubrey likes to point out...3 days a week our lives revolve around the BOYS! haha... I guess with two practices and games on Sat. she is right. Especially when Dad is the coach of both teams...but ended up not quite having the time (or maybe patience) for Spencer's team.
Here is the Coach Jake with Weston's team.
Weston really rocked it this year. He is so great at soccer. His natural athleticism and competitive nature...not to mention just his energy are GREAT for sports!!! I am being lazy and have more pics of him, but they are on my phone so I will add those in a separate blog post rather than this one.
So on to little Spencer.
This was Spencer's first soccer season. He is much more passive than Weston, but still very into the game. Spencer is a "nice" player and not aggressive what so ever. He scored a few times and really understood defence this year. I was so proud of him and can't wait to see him develop and play more in in years to come.

Cutie patootie Shelly ended up coaching the boys with Jeanne. She was great with them and always had a wonderful attitude. Even when they threw fits or didn't pay attention. I am grateful for coaches that volunteer their time to make it fun for the boys.
The best part of soccer this year was that everyone on Spencer's team was in our Ward. So we had potlucks and get-togethers at every practice. Look at all those future MISSIONARIES!!! I can't wait to see this pic someday down the road when these great kids are all grown up.
Favorite practice moment...skins vs shirts! Spencer always loves any opportunity to ditch his shirt!
Even though it takes a lot of our time...I am grateful we aren't too busy to be at all the games as a family. We are living the dream.
