And we had Easter

Here we are in our Easter attire a few weeks before Easter.  I (for some reason) thought Easter fell during Conference Weekend...so I had everyone dress up the Sunday before.  I made the boys ties (like every other Mother who does Pinterest..haha) and also Aubrey's dress.  I got my dress at Goodwill.  All in all I thought we looked cute for hardly any cost. 

Doesn't Jake look thrilled to get his picture taken?  This is right after church and no one was really happy to wait to get out of church clothes.

 Saturday we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Watkins for Easter celebrations.  We had a glorious feast for brunch...then egg hunt and egg dying.  Lots of fun and we also got to catch up with Jake's Uncle Jim and his family.

Spencer was kind of hesitant getting eggs this year.  He got more excited once he realized they were full of candy.

Weston's favorite part is when we dye eggs. He loved it!  Here is his Rock Star egg!


The next day we had everyone over for a family Easter dinner and were able to focus on the real meaning of the Season. I am so grateful for our family and the opportunity we have to be together after this life.  I am grateful for the gift of the Resurrection and the Atonement in my life.  Happy Easter
